Intermittent grinding brakes
My 1999 caravan has an intermittent grinding sound on the right front side when coming to a stop or slowing down. The pads and rotors are new. When I turn the steering wheel/wheels while stopped and then continue to drive the noise will go away for a while. The right front brake pad seems to wear significantly faster than the left side. There seems to be little thump noises on the front right side whenever I go over small bumps on the road.
