I am trying to figure out how to disable my 99 Chrysler Sebring Convertible, so that it will crank, but not start. I do not want to cause harm to my car, but don't know how to disable in this manner. Any advice is helpful! Thanks!

Someone has a key to your car you dont want to no longer have a key?If so your best bet would be to have it rekeyed.
