When I am driving and I release the accelerator, my cars speed drops really fast, and if I stop completely at a light, it will stall. If I try to press the gas pedal, the pedal won't budge. So I had to put the car in park, turn off the vehicle, and restart it to be able to push the gas pedal again. Also, my speedometer stopped working when my car started acting weird, and hasn't worked since. What is wrong with my car?

It sounds like you have a few problems. The first thing I suspect is the vehicle speed sensor. Something tells me that since the speedo isn't working that the sensor is bad. This could cause the vehicle to stay in the wrong gear and not upshift. As a result, when you let off the gas, the engine would slow the vehicle. Is the engine reving higher than normal?

Let me know.
