Engine is hard to start when cold Will start then die

1999 Chrysler Concorde 3.2 LXi, 170,000mi Will do this several (up to 10) times before it will stay running.
only when the engine is cold-starts then dies may run for a second or several seconds after several attempts it will run fine also after it's warm idles low in drive 500-600rpm.

Pressure is good at ignition turn on and at all other times. What could be happening only at cold start up

What is the actual pressure?

It may be loosing its prime, and taking time to pressure up the system.

Pressure is 50psi-comes right up when key turned to "on" and stays there even during a stalling event
