ENGINE IS HARD TO START WHEN COLD. WILL START THEN DIE. WILL DO THIS SEVERAL (UP TO 10) TIMES BEFORE IT WILL STAY RUNNING.

Pressure is good at ignition turn on and at all other times. What could be happening only at cold start up

What is the actual pressure?

It may be loosing its prime, and taking time to pressure up the system.

Pressure is 50psi-comes right up when key turned to "on" and stays there even during a stalling event
