Once car is started after the second try of turning the key it has a hestitation in it and sometimes there is no power in it to drive down the road as a cold engine. It sounds and feels like the transmission are reveded up and going like crazy but cannot get it to go over 25 miles an hour. Takes about 5 minutes of trying to drive it or pull over and just let it finally start to run noraml. Once the car engine is warm no problem. No flashing light on instrument control or not saying check engine.

What is happening?

It could be several things. If the check engine light is coming on, you should have the computer scanned to identify trouble codes. It will point you in the right direction. Most parts stores will do it for free.
