1999 concorde automatic temp control code 36
I have replaced the head and the air blend actuator
still code 36 no heat defrost, vents, floor work just cool air ?

DTC 36 ATC Control Head Communication Failure
Don't have the trouble tree/flow chart for this code-sorry-your probable cause here could be the body control module ( BCM )
