Can't find the last bolt to remove mounting bracket on 1999 cirrus. Power steering mounting bracket

Rotate the pulley. There is usually one bolt behind the pulley that you will need to access through one of the holes in the pulley. My diagram shows 3 bolts in front and 2 in the rear of the pump.
