Number 4 misfire

1999 Chevy Tahoe V8 4x4 with tow package 4door. Misfire on number 4 piston. Changed plugs, plug wires, dist cap and roter button. Runs rough at idle but good at highway speeds.

Should be around 140-160 psi

Did you find out anything about how the injector was operating? It sounds like it isn't properly atomizing the fuel.
