Number 4 misfire
1999 Chevy Tahoe V8 4x4 with tow package 4door. Misfire on number 4 piston. changed plugs, plug wires,dist cap and roter button. runs rough at idle but good at highway speeds.

Check the compression and injector for no.4 cylinder

Did you find out anything about how the injector was operating? It sounds like it isn't properly atomizing the fuel.
