When I accelerate and hit @ 40-45mph, there is a "shuddering" with an accompanying rubbing noise on the front left of the vehicle. It stops when I hit @ 50mph. This came on suddenly after a regular maintenance tire rotation at my local tire center...It never made this noise before then. Any ideas on what it could be? And, did the tire rotation cause it?.
