Electrical problems

Recently my truck has been stalling on me. This is what I have notice, while driving the truck it cuts off and it won't start unless u wait a few minutes if not more. The engine cranks but there is no power going to the fuel pump. How do I know this because when I turn the key on there is no lights on the dash board like the batt, abs etc lights on. And when the truck turn off and you wait a few minutes the dash board lights come on their own while the key is on the truck and then it could start and drive with no problem. What can it be?.

could be the ignition switch but you need to verify voltage to the accessories.

I replace the ignition and ignition coil and same results. Besides not been any power in the dash board the turn signals don't work either, help!
