My engine locked up and I would like to rebuild another. I think mine is a vin T. What choices do I have. Nothing fancy. Low costs' as much as possible. Thanks

Cheapest way is to get another 5.3L out of a wrecked pickup. You may be able to put a 6.0 in there, but the computer may not work right with it. Junkyards will know which ones will work to what year. All the sensors have to hook up though.
