My door locks work with my alarm, as well as lock when I start driving, but do not work with the switches in the truck. The seat adjustment saver and the mirror adjustments dont work either. The seat heaters and the window switches work on both sides. Ive replaced the fuses, relays and even the module on the driver door and still nothing.

If it's an auto parts scanner it won't pic anything up they just get engine andtrans codes. You need either a tech 2 or apro style scanner. This may be a bcm problem.

If that is the problem. How would I go about fixing it? Replacing the bcm?

No not necessarily modules are vin specific so yo just don't replace them you have to have a pro scan this as it may be something else and he may be able to reprogram the bcm instead of replacing it or like I said in last reply it can be a bad bcm which a pro will h ave to install and reprogram anyhow.
