Shifting was stiff for a few days but now the car shifts way too

I have a automaTIC TRANS, THE CAR SHIFTS WAY TO EASLIY after being very stiff for a few days

So now the transmission slips?Usually transmissions shift too hard because of too high of transmission line pressure.Do you have any codes?
