is there a way to test the coil driver? if so how? do u have any other suggestions as to what might need to be done to get this thing back up and running? thank u very much for ur help

I have a 1999 chevy blazer with a v-6 motor it cranks but wont start.

scan the engine for codes and check fuel pressure

YOU NEED TO DETERMINE WHAT IS MISSING,FUEL OR FIRE.DO A FUEL PRESSURE TEST AND A SPARK TEST AND SEE WHAT YOU ARE MISSING.THEN LET US KNOW.

the battery isnt any good so it was changed out for a good one. cant seem to find anyone that knows how to read codes now that battery had been disconnected. any other ideas

youll either have to have it towed to a mechanic if it doesn't run if it does then most auto parts stores do that for free. but a bad battery will cause codes and poor running so you'll have to clear them all and start fresh.
