injections problems.

i have a 1999 chevy blazer 4wd with a 4.3 liter v6 vortec. when i take the plug out of cylinder 5 and turn the engine over it shoots out alot of gas. but when the plig is in the engine and i turn it over it gets a vapor lock. i done changed the injector.
