CHEVROLET BLAZER TIRE PROBLEM

I have the 4 push button 4wd on the inside of the truck I had went to push it into 4lo and I started smelling a burning smell so I replaced the 4wd push button amd the transfer case acuator motor well it still dosent work when turning the key forward to start truch the 4wd push button all the light will light up the go blank and stay off so I was wondering could that have something to do with the tccm and also after replacing the acuator motor when getting it to 35 and 40 mph there is a vibration could that be because it could be engaged into 4wd some please if anyone or anybody can help me please do because im tired of the mechanincs guessing games its costed me over 2,500 and im tired of throwing money away ive had front end alignments done, universial joints, wheel bearings, tires balanced and rotated, upper and lower ball joints, and also control arms like I said the mechanics guessing games please help me im desperate! Thanks
