I just bought a 1999 Cadillac STS that the stereo reads anti-lock, I need the code to unlock it !

This is because some one has changed or disconnected the battery. You have to have the dealer get you the code or have them unlock it.

Not that I have found. See it is a theft lock radio so if the radio is stolen then it is no good to the one who stole it. I do not remember it costing much to do it.
