My 1999 Cadillac Escalade

My 1999 cadillac escalade has a 5.7 litre, my truck hesitates or try to stall will driving 50 or more mile an hour, I change spark plugs and wires, new rotor and distrib cap, air filter I have no service egine light right now but in the past I had one wich stated engine misfire but is is not missing and I can put my foot on brakes and press gas and the engin do not mist or **** off, please help me

Could be caused by one of the following below

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing.
