How do I start my car?

Every time I attempt to start my cadillac a message appears that says "starting dissabled" and "remove key" and the car wont start. I've tried every three or more minutes to attempt to start but every time was a failure. What else can I try?

Try resetiing your security system. Turn the key on for up to 10 minutes and see if the security light goes out. When it does then turn the key off. Then try to start the car. If this doesnt work then you'll have to put a scanner on it to see what is wrong with the security system.

If you have a spare key, try it. Possibly the security system is not reading the key correctly.
