1999 cadallic deville is over heating
It has a new ratior and new fan relays,fan doesn't come on till it reaches est.210.I don't see any leaks ,and there's no water in oil or coming out of tail pipe so I don't belive it's head gasket,and there is no water in floor so I don't think its heater coil.What are other causes for this problem besides a stuck thermostat.

really seems like a bad t stat have you put it on a scanner to make sure it is actually 210?
