99 cadillac deville wont start, has security problem. It says starter disabled, wait 3 mintues then start. But it doesnt start. Need problem solving or bypass. No resistor method.
I have a 1999 cadillac deville that wont start. Is security problem. It says starter disabled wait 3 minutes then start. It wont start!!!

turn key on until security light goes out, up to 10 minutes, then turn key off and try to start car.
