1999 Buick Regal steering wheel

I am stopped and start to make a left and sometimes the steering wheel doesn't want to turn and it only does it turning left.

If the PS fluid is full and this only happens when turning left, check to make sure all steering components (tie rods, ball joints.) Are good. If they are, most likely the rack and pinion is going bad.
