I have this same problem that I saw on your web site.. My car is stuck on""change engine oil soon". although I just had the oil changed.
My car runs well but the DIC is stuck on "change engine oil soon". Even after I take it back to have to the mechanic I will be driving and it shows the same thing. I tried to change it myself and it wouldn' work.

What's a DIC-try resetting the engine oil soon light

DIC = Information Center
Tap your gauge button until you see the oil index data. Hold reset button until it resets.
