What could be the problem?
Hey there,
i own an audi a4 avant 1.8 auto. It has gearbox issues; it changes from first to second at around 4000 rpm, and slips (revs) in third gear. It cannot go beyond the third gear, what could be the problem. Plus, how many litres of gear box oil does it require?

Refill is 2.6 liters.
Have you checked for trouble codes? Seems there is a bad clutch somewhere inside the trans.
