1999 Acura TL Repair Question

I have an Acura TL '99, it runs hot at stop, (in traffic), both fans come on at 195 degrees. I have changed thermostat, hoses,radiator fan, cooling sending unit and ECT. Also flushed radiator, but problems persist. What else do you recommend?What could

Could be a clogged radiator, cap, water pump or air in the system-have it block and pressure tested to find out more
