Since last winter (harsh one) my front right wheel well squeaks whenever I hit a bump (plenty of those from the bad roads). Sounds like the wheel will come clear off and the left side doesn't squeak but isn't much better. The ride now is terrible and I hold my breath each time I see a bump or pothole. What are the parts that I would need to have this repaired?

Without looking at it cant tell for sure as far the squeak goes it could be the upper strut mount. For rough ride you could have some bad struts also check the tire pressure if the tires are over inflated it will cause a very rough ride. To check the struts look for oil leaking out of them. Also go to each wheel and bounce the car as hard as you can. When you stop bouncing it the car should settle down right away. If it keeps bouncing you have a bad strut/shock.
