Hello,

First check to see if you are getting power to the socket.
It is possible to have bad ground. Ground wires can get corroded or loose overtime. And will create an open and the bulb will not function.

Another possibility is a short in the power wire that goes to that side of the vehicle.

I have attached a diagram showing the location of the ground cable.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
