Wont crank help

Car wont crank just replaced ignition switch
1 of those made in mexico when hot wont crank if you cool off the ignition switch car starts a week ago stopped completely only starts if u push it and pop the clutch startet was tested a 3 different stores it still good what can it be

When it doesn't start, check to see if you have battery voltage at the S terminal on the starter. If you do, replace the starter.

Tryed a screw driver on starter terminals no spark which is weirdim thinkin maybe starter could be cooked from pop starting the car
should I use a meter on those terminals
