I recently had my car MOT'd. Its an S Reg Toyota starlet. It failed on break pipes and parking brake efficiency below requirements. After a rear brakes clean and new pipes It had been passed. Now though however, my handbrake seems to have loosened up, everytime Im coming to a stop, I hear a squeal when breaking when the cars almost completely stopped and when I move off (using brake & clutch handbrake already disengaged) I get a creaking sound which sounds similar to driving with the handbrake on. Advice would be lovely, thanks.
