Toyota Corolla Rpm Problem

My car is TOYOTA Corolla 2.0 Diesel 1998 (model CE110)
I had found oil in the intake manifold and I'm trying to identify and fix the problem.
I had check the tube from PCV system that goes to the intake manifold and I haven't found any PCV valve.
On the top of the PCV has a "Head Cover" and the following message
"Before remove the Head Cover Or Vacuum Pump please adjust the Cam position"

The oil from PCV, goes from tube 1 to tube 2 and then in the manifold.
What should I do?

Since I'm not a mechanic I need the service manual for this model CE110 so I can identify my car engines parts.
