I put the + on the - and - on the + now my car won't start can u tell me what I need to do to fix it. I replace all the fuses and got a new battery now all it does is try to turn over and it sounds like its my starter but I replaced that too and still nothing PLEASE HELP ME WHAT CAN I DO OR WHAT DO I NEED FOR IT START AGAIN

If you hooked the battery up right then check your fuses underhood fuse box and then try to start. I suspect it turns over just won't run. Then if you have anti theft on yoru car reset it because when you disconnect the battery you need to reset anti theft.
