1998 Toyota Celica Repair Question

Toyota Celica Click Problem
My car makes a horrible clicking sound when I turn either direction. It's now starting to click a little when I'm going straight. I've gotten a few suggestions but I want a professional opinion. What would it most likely be?

You need an opinion about a sound by someone who can hear it. If it only occurs when the car is moving, suspect outer cv joints. If it occurs while standing still, suspect upper front strut mounts.
