I have a 1998 Toyota Camry with a vibration at between 1800 RPM and 2000RPM. The engine, motor and transmission mounts, harmonic balancer, flywheel and torque converter have all been replaced without fixing the problem. What could cause this?

Is the Check Engine Light indicating?

The vibrations within engine rpm range mentioned can be due to a fault in the EGR system.

The check engine light is not on. I also have had the O2 sensors and the catalytic converter replaced.

Try disconnecting the EGR ans see if symptoms goes away. The CEL would come on but it does not matter.
