Engine "stutters" (or kicksback) when driving at 60+ KM/h.

I'll start by saying if I cold start the car it runs fine at any speed, no "stuttering" or anything. If I drive the car, then turn off the car for a short period of time (maybe anything from 1 minute to an hour) then turn it back on it will stutter at anything higher than 60+. It is drivable, but it worries me that something might be wrong. The car sometimes will stutter when first accelerating after warm starting.

I would look at basic ignition like plugs. How long has it been since it has been tuned up?
