2wd 4-runner just bought. Brakes lock up at slow speeds as when pulling into parking spaces or coming out of a business into traffic. I give it gas, still locked and clunking noise. I think it is the front brakes. It will release if put into reverse. I am putting full pressure on the pedal at a very slow speed. 560,000 miles. help, please.
