Wiper Arm Drivers Side Not Moving
The drivers side wiper arm is not moving. I removed the arm, removed the plastic cover and noted that the rods will move when the right side arm is moved; but will not move when the drivers side arm is move (both manually) The easiest and quickest way to repair this condition

Lift the cover that's snapped on over the pivot and tighten the nut. Be sure the arm is in the correct position first.
