Heater area completely quit

I heard noise as my heat was on kind of whiring noise for a few hours the the whole thing quit no air nothing I move switch back and forth and completely nothing please help its -45 today and really need my heater no money for mechanic im going to go get a fuse hope thats will work please let me know if you think thats all I need

Just to add to this one do you have a multimeter to do some testing?If so put the blower on high and see what you dont have power or ground?If you have both bad blower motor or loose terminal tightness.
