Saturn SL1 Transmission Problem
Yes its full and it has a delay I can do the Tom's slow and get it to shift easy but some times it takes about 30 secs

If it takes that long to get into reverse sounds like you have a pressure issue inside the transmission. If your going to do this your going to need some tools.Your going to have to get a transmission pressure tester. Tr one I have is pretty nice and 50 something on amazon.I can get you the link if you want?That's where you need to start. If you keep driving it your going to burn some clutches.
