Car will start when its cold. After driving or sitting for more than 5-10 minutes, and its turned off, car will turn over but respond as if it is flooded. You can pump several time in a roll and maybe get it to fire. But commonly, if you let it set for 30-45 minutes it will start perfectly. When driving, it runs well. When sitting in idle, the RPMs will jump randomly. I just replaced the thermostat, do to it overheating. Also the crankshaft, sensor has also been replaced. The check engin light was on and I had Oreilly's run a scan. It was saying the coolant sensor was bad. Did not get the #'s. This was prior to replacing the crankshaft sensor. Since then the light does not appear.
But, the starting issue still happens. Any ideas?

This sounds like the crankshaft angle sensor or the fuel pump has gone out, when you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds? These guides should help us fix it.

Also, lets run the codes to see what come up.

Please run down these guides and report back.

Just to add to this one sounds like a bad coolant temp sensor especailly since you even had a code for it. Its really common for them to go bad and you said your car was overheating when they go bad they read colder then actual temp. So they can cause flooding and the cooling fan wont come on when its supposed to. Also inspect the connector going to it the inside of the connector if the terminals are green or blue instead of silver then you will have to replace the connector also. The sensors are only 11.
