My passenger brake light keeps going out very quickly after I replace it (within less than a week). The socket that holds the light is melted. The last time I replaced the bulb, the burnt out bulb was all frosted over. What parts do I need to fix it?

I called the dealer and they recommended a wiring harness part #2110761. Does this sound accurate? I had a mechanic look at it briefly and he had never seen anything like it before either.

I have no way of looking the part number up for that part. Let me know if its the correct one. Also does it look like water is getting in there?
