Car has loud engine noise at low RPM.

For example when pulling out of a parking spot the engine is very loud on the passenger side of the engine. This is an automatic transmission, when pulling out of a parking spot and turning the wheel without giving gas the engine shakes as if a manual transmission car isnt given enough gas when letting out the clutch, the car shakes and then when engine picks up rpm it runs a lot smoother yet still the engine noise is a little bit loud.

Sounds like engine is misfiring because of problems.

Is that something that is expensive to check on? Im currently broke, and worried that if this is not fixed I could run into bigger problems down the road.

It's really hard to tell by your description what is happening exactly. Some people upload videos with sound to youtube or elsewhere to show what they are trying to describe.
