1998 Pontiac Grand Prix wont start sometimes !

I have a 1998 Grand Prix GT 3.8 ltr that starts mostly all the time but once in a while it wont, If I let it sit for awhile then try to start then it will, It happened today the first time in a couple months ! What do you think the problem is ! Thank You !

Check battery for condition including load test and clean battery terminal ends first.

I'm sorry but I forgot to say that it turns over strong just don't start, so I know it's not the battery!

Try a different key if you have one as yours the diode may be bad in it. Then check fuses under hood then scan for codes

Did my car originally have a keyless entry, Because when I bought it, the previous owner didn't give me one, and the keys he did give me don't have the diode inside, Could that be the problem?
