Car went through water stalled towtruck towed home battery works but wont turn over, do we need to do anything with senser

Suspect engine hydrolocked meaning water entered through air intake and siezed cylinders. Remove air cleaner is it wet? Check oil look normanl? If starter operates but all you get is a click pull plugs see if it will turn over. Just allow the electrics to dry out, is it turning on the starter motor? If no good get a scan done for any unresolved fault codes, start here.
