1998 Pontiac Bonneville Repair Question

The degree light comes on then it starts flashing and my heat goes to cold

If it is on 90 it stays on for about 1 min then it starts flashing then no heat only cold

where is the hvac module at?

Its on the right side of the dash-also scan the computer for code/s
