I recently bought this van & the dash lights are dim, when I move the dimmer switch up from the off position (bottom) the dome lights come on. They are only suppose to come on when the dimmer is moved all the way to the top. I tried a new switch & had the same problem.

2nd issue: When I install the low beam relay the headlights work correctly however the battery will go dead in a 24 hr period.
