The headlights stay on when the key is turned on or the car is running, it started by flicking on and off now just stays on. I removed the relays for the high and low beam, but the parking lights stayed on till I removed the fuse for them. I'm thinking switch? Lights won't turn off with the switch only when I turn the key off.
