Egr valve

Where is the EGR Valve on a 2.4L 1998 Plymouth Voyager located? Problem the van will not start and I was told the EGR valve could be the problem, but I can not locate it

I posted a diagram of where the egr valve is also do you have any code's?Have you checked for spark fuel pressure etc?

Thank you, for the picture, but I really don't know what part of the engine this is on so can you tell me where to look at on the engine?

Its On center rear of engine

after lots of time spent, I had another mechanic tell me that the 1998 Plymouth Voyager with a 2.4 L engine does not have an EGR valve??? Now I am really lost on why this van will not start...
