I had the alternator replaced the service vehicle soon light is on and the volt meter in the car says its 18.01. Now things are acting up in the car like the power seats windows even the transmission what could be wrong

If you have 18.01 volts, the battery and electrical system is getting way too much power. It will ruin the battery and end up burning something up in the electrical system. This is most likely caused by a bad voltage regulator. It is on the rear of the alt and needs checked before you damage several other expensive items.
