1998 Oldsmobile 88 Repair Question

Is it the starter?
When i try to start my car it just makes a single click noise and wont start could it be the starter?

it could but the history of upper intakes leaking coolant into the motor, i would hand crank the motor first to be sure it is not fluid locked
