1998 Oldsmobile 88 Repair Question

Oldsmobile 88 Heater Problem
My blower is working i'm not getting heat. fuses are ok and the car doesn't come with a heater relay switch. why don't i get heat??

Is the engine warming up to a normal operating temp? Are both heater core hoses getting hot?
